Roll top closure but with quick access via a horizontal top 10 G Aquagard zipper.
Like our other packs the roll top closure can either be made with a single over the top buckle or a 2 sided buckle down cinch system both stabilised by a front to back compression strap.
2 daisy chains for ice tool and gear attachment.
2 compression straps on each side to stabilise the load. This also allows for carrying larger items on the outside when expanded.
The top vertical compression strap is ideal for securing a rope, helmet or jacket.
Compatible with the Whippet Mtn Gear detachable crampon / skin pocket for extra volume / gear carry.
Internal zippered pocket for keys, wallet, sunscreen and snacks.
Waist belt with gear loops and sternum straps for stability.
Internal sleeve for closed cell foam suspension that also fits a hydration bladder.

A Frame ski carry via the side compression straps or diagonal ski carry using the adjustable bottom daisy chain loop and a Voile type ski strap (not included) through the top of the second daisy chain.
Snowboard carry via horizontal removable straps on the daisy chain cranked down for stability with a third strap anchored to the haul loop.
The body is built with tough XPac UHMWPE composite UVX40 and reinforced on the base with burly XPac X50 for durability.
Shoulder straps and waist belt are constructed with Red XPac VX21 fabric.
The pack is very weather repellant, the fabrics are waterproof, the zips water resistant, however moisture may creep in through the seams.
