Inspired by advanced sailcloth technology, X-Pac® performance laminates are lightweight, durable, and 100% waterproof.
X4 Pack Fabrics
X4 laminates feature an innovative four-layer construction that’s rugged, flexible, 100% waterproof, and features our patented X PLY® fiber reinforcement technology. A lightweight taffeta backing provides enhanced stitch-hold.
We use the following X-Pac X4 Fabrics in our product lines:
UVX40
UVX40 is our most utilised laminated pack fabric in our 2025 Whippet product range. Utilizing a 40% Ultra-PE/60% polyester sailcloth face fabric, the UVX40 was designed to create the ultimate tear-resistant, abrasion-resistant, waterproof fabric for applications where top performance is essential and structural failure is not an option.
